I include the graphic above to illustrate my sense of humor, but it's actually very accurate and can be applied to many things. Obviously, I am in "business" to make a profit, make a living, and keep my equipment up to date with the latest and best so that I can deliver to you, the customer, my best work. While I absolutely love what I do, it is not a hobby unless I am out on my own time doing my own thing for my own reasons.
Therefore, according to the chart, you MUST PICK TWO as all three cannot be possible.
- Photograph or design something quickly and to a high standard, but then it will not be cheap.
- Photograph and design something quickly and cheaply, but it will not be of high quality.
- Photograph and design something with high quality and cheaply, but it will take a long time.
I simply ask you to consider this principle when you inquire about any kind of "trade" services for me (aka TFP/TFCD). Free will never be quick and may lack quality. My paying and repeat clients ALWAYS take the front of the line. It's only fair. Thank you for your understanding.
Rates are quoted on an individual basis in regards to client needs, location(s), equipment, usage, licensing, fees, and other incidentals. Commercial projects are priced in consideration of industry standards. Rates may be determined by package, by the hour, 1/2 day, full day, over time, and expenses.
A consultation with me IS REQUIRED before booking a project in order to discuss your needs so that we can develop the best visual results possible. Consultations are free and you are not under any obligation to schedule going forward. If distance is a problem, arrangements can be made by telephone. I am available IN ADVANCE and by appointment only weeknights after 6:30 p.m. and most weekends pending my shooting schedule.
A project is not booked/confirmed until a non refundable $100 Deposit is paid. A 50% Retainer Fee is required before any work is begun. Deposit and Retainer Fee are applied towards your total. The Balance of the total is due before any work is delivered--NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancelations put a HUGE burdon on all who are involved with your project. Planning, transporation, time, and individual schedules are effected as well as the ability to book other work at the last minute. Things happen, but PLEASE be reasonable. Jack Fleming Photography reserves the right to decide if your retainer fee is returnable or may be applied to a rescheduled time if your project is cancelled in under 7 days. Cancellations in under 48 hours will be billed at the full quoted price.
